제1조 (처리하는 개인정보와 처리 목적)

1. 개발자는 앱 이용을 위해 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원 가입 절차가 없으며, 앱이 처리하는 정보는 모두 이용자의 PC에 저장됩니다.
2. 이용자가 이메일로 문의하는 경우, 개발자는 답변을 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 처리합니다.

제2조 (이용자 PC에 저장되는 정보)

덱 · 카드 · 학습 기록 · 미디어 · 추가한 자료(PDF · PPTX) · 설정은 이용자 PC의 앱 데이터 폴더(%APPDATA% 아래 Addiem 폴더)에 저장되며, 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

제3조 (이용자가 켠 기능의 외부 전송)

앱은 이용자가 직접 켜거나 실행한 다음 기능에서만 인터넷을 사용합니다. 전송은 이용자 PC에서 각 서비스로 직접 이루어지며 개발자를 거치지 않습니다. 각 서비스에서의 처리는 해당 사업자의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

제4조 (Google 사용자 데이터)

1. 앱은 Google Drive 동기화를 위해 다음 두 권한만 요청하며, 이용자 Drive의 다른 파일에는 접근하지 않습니다.
   • drive.file: 앱이 만든 파일과 폴더
   • drive.appdata: 앱 전용 숨김 폴더
2. 연결한 Google 계정의 이메일 주소와 Drive 저장 공간 사용량을 읽어 설정 화면에 표시하며, 이 정보는 이용자 PC에만 저장됩니다.
3. Google에서 받은 데이터는 동기화와 백업 기능에만 사용합니다. 판매하거나 광고에 사용하지 않고, 사람이 열람하지 않으며, 범용 인공지능 · 머신러닝 모델의 개발이나 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
4. Addiem의 Google API 정보 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 이전은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.

제5조 (보유 기간과 파기)

1. 이용자 PC의 정보는 이용자가 직접 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거할 때 [애플리케이션 데이터 삭제하기]를 선택하면 삭제됩니다. Google Drive 연결을 끊을 때 Drive에 올린 앱 데이터를 함께 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 문의 이메일은 처리가 끝나면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
3. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.

제6조 (제3자 제공과 처리 위탁)

개발자는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 위탁하지 않습니다. 제3조의 전송은 이용자가 선택한 기능에 따라 이용자 PC에서 각 서비스로 직접 이루어집니다.

제7조 (안전성 확보 조치)

• 로그인 토큰과 동기화 잠금 키는 Windows 자격 증명 관리자에만 저장합니다.
• 로그인은 시스템 기본 브라우저와 PKCE 방식으로 하며, 외부 전송은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
• [암호로 잠그기]를 켜면 Drive에 올리는 데이터를 이용자 PC에서 암호화합니다.

제8조 (이용자의 권리와 행사 방법)

1. 이용자는 언제든지 앱 설정에서 Google Drive · ChatGPT 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다. 연결을 끊으면 이용자 PC의 로그인 토큰을 삭제하며, ChatGPT는 OpenAI에 권한 취소를 요청합니다. Google 계정의 타사 앱 연결에서도 접근 권한을 취소할 수 있습니다.
2. 개발자가 처리하는 개인정보(문의 이메일)에 대해 열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, 개발자는 지체 없이 조치합니다. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 사람을 통해서도 요구할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (만 14세 미만 아동)

개발자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 문의하려면 법정대리인을 통해 연락해 주십시오.

제10조 (자동 수집 장치)

앱과 웹사이트는 쿠키나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 웹사이트는 선택한 언어를 브라우저에만 저장합니다. 웹사이트는 GitHub Pages로 제공되며, GitHub가 서비스 운영과 보안을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 처리할 수 있습니다.

제11조 (개인정보 보호책임자)

개인정보 처리와 관련한 문의, 열람 등 요구, 불만 처리는 아래 보호책임자에게 연락해 주십시오.

제13조 (처리방침의 변경)

이 처리방침을 변경하는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 웹사이트에 공지합니다. Google 사용자 데이터의 사용 방식을 바꾸는 경우에는 앱에서 다시 동의를 받습니다.

부칙: 이 처리방침은 2026년 10월 25일부터 시행합니다.

1. Personal information and purposes

1. The Developer does not collect your personal information to provide the App. There is no sign-up, and everything the App processes is stored on your PC.
2. If you contact the Developer by email, the Developer processes your email address and message to reply to you.

2. Information stored on your PC

Decks, cards, study history, media, added materials (PDF and PPTX) and settings are stored in the App's data folder on your PC (the Addiem folder under %APPDATA%). The Developer cannot access them.

3. Data sent by features you turn on

The App goes online only for the features below, and only when you turn them on or run them. Data goes directly from your PC to each service and never passes through the Developer. Each service handles the data under its own privacy policy.

4. Google user data

1. For Google Drive sync, the App requests only these two scopes and never accesses other files in your Drive.
   • drive.file: files and folders the App created
   • drive.appdata: the App's hidden app-data folder
2. The App reads the email address and Drive storage usage of the connected Google account to show them in Settings. This information is stored only on your PC.
3. Data received from Google is used only for sync and backup. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not read by humans, and not used to develop or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
4. Addiem's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Retention and deletion

1. Information on your PC is deleted when you delete it, or when you uninstall the App with [Delete application data] selected. When you disconnect Google Drive, you can also delete the App's data in Drive.
2. Inquiry emails are destroyed without delay once the inquiry is resolved.
3. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

6. Third parties and outsourcing

The Developer does not provide personal information to third parties or outsource its processing. The transfers in Section 3 go directly from your PC to each service, according to the features you choose.

7. Security measures

• Sign-in tokens and the sync lock key are stored only in Windows Credential Manager.
• Sign-in uses your default browser with PKCE, and all transfers are encrypted with HTTPS.
• With [Lock with password] on, data sent to Drive is encrypted on your PC.

8. Your rights

1. You can disconnect Google Drive or ChatGPT in the App's settings at any time. Disconnecting deletes the sign-in token on your PC, and for ChatGPT the App asks OpenAI to revoke access. You can also revoke access in your Google Account's third-party connections.
2. For personal information the Developer processes (inquiry emails), you can request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing, and the Developer will act without delay. You can also make requests through a legal representative or an authorized person.

9. Children under 14

The Developer does not collect personal information from children under 14. A child under 14 who wants to make an inquiry should do so through a legal guardian.

10. Automatic collection

The App and this website use no cookies or analytics tools. The website stores your language choice only in your browser. The website is served by GitHub Pages, and GitHub may process access logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service.

제3조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

개발자는 앱의 기능을 변경하거나 배포를 중단할 수 있습니다. 앱은 자동으로 업데이트하지 않으므로, 이미 설치한 앱은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (이용자 데이터와 백업)

1. 학습 데이터는 이용자의 PC와, 이용자가 켠 경우 이용자의 Google Drive에 저장됩니다.
2. 이용자는 자신의 데이터를 관리하고 백업할 책임이 있습니다. 앱의 [이 기기 백업]이나 Google Drive 동기화로 정기적으로 백업하시기 바랍니다.
3. 동기화 잠금 암호를 잊으면 Drive에 올린 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

제5조 (외부 서비스)

Google Drive · ChatGPT · Hugging Face 등 외부 서비스를 이용하는 경우 각 서비스의 약관과 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. ChatGPT 기능은 이용자의 ChatGPT 요금제 사용량을 사용합니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 이용 권한이 있는 덱과 자료만 앱에 가져와야 하며, 타인의 저작권 등 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.

제7조 (보증의 부인)

앱은 무료로 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 개발자는 앱에 오류가 없거나 특정 목적(시험 결과 등)에 적합하다는 것을 보증하지 않습니다. 개념 관계 확인 등 실험 기능과 AI 제안은 틀릴 수 있으므로 참고용으로만 사용하시기 바랍니다.

제8조 (책임의 제한)

개발자는 앱 사용으로 이용자에게 생긴 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해, 그리고 관련 법령상 책임을 제한할 수 없는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제9조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 생기면 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

2. Free use and license

The App is free. Its source code is published under the MIT License, and you may use, copy, modify and distribute the App under that license. For use, copying, modification and distribution of the source code, the MIT License takes precedence over these terms.

3. Changes and discontinuation

The Developer may change the App's features or stop distributing it. The App does not update itself, so an installed copy keeps working.

4. Your data and backups

1. Your study data is stored on your PC and, if you turn it on, in your Google Drive.
2. You are responsible for managing and backing up your data. Back up regularly with the App's [Back up this device] or Google Drive sync.
3. If you forget your sync lock password, the data in Drive cannot be recovered.

5. External services

When you use external services such as Google Drive, ChatGPT or Hugging Face, their own terms and privacy policies apply. ChatGPT features use your ChatGPT plan's usage.

6. Your obligations

Only bring decks and materials into the App that you have the right to use, and do not infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided free and "as is". The Developer does not warrant that it is free of errors or fit for any particular purpose, such as exam results. Experimental features such as the concept relation check, and AI suggestions, can be wrong; use them only as a reference.

8. Limitation of liability

The Developer is not liable for damages that arise from using the App, except for damages caused by the Developer's intent or gross negligence, and except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
